Our booking engine uses Thawte Security certificates and encrypts all your date. Your credit card details are required as a guarantee and are safely stored. Booking steps are easy!

Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Advance deposits may be required during predetermined dates and for Special promotions such as Non-refundable – advanced booking offer. Please check rate policy.

If you prefer to make your payment with a bank transfer, kindly contact our reservation department.

Cancellation Policy

For flexible rates: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated. For cancellations that occur within 72 hours prior to the arrival date, and in case of no-show, 1 night fee including taxes will be charged to your credit card.

In case of non-refundable rates: Reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. Full stay will be charged at the time of the booking.

Please check rate policy for all details as Cancellation policy may vary and be specific for each hotel. Modify or cancel your reservation.

Early Check-in and Late- check out :

Are available as a courtesy based on availability. Please check with our front office.

• The following credit cards are accepted: Visa American Express and Mastercard
• No pets are allowed in the hotel.
• Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
• Guests must show current government-issued proof of identity at the time of check-in.
• Photo identification and credit card are required at check-in for incidental charge
• Airport transfer is available on request, please send your flight details to our reservation department or provide it through your booking comments.
